Phillip Gomez is a masters student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, where he studies international security, maritime affairs, and geospatial methods. He has held GIS positions for environmental engineering firms, local governments, management consulting firms, and research institutions, including an NSF fellowship at the CGA in 2017. He brings experience in ESRI products, Python, and risk modeling.
