#  Haiti Earthquake Data Portal 

 



 CGA created a [Haiti Earthquake Data Portal](https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataverse/earthquake_data) in support of geospatial information exchange for relief and reconstruction efforts after Haiti's 7.0 magnitude earthquake on January 12, 2010. The effort was described in the [Harvard Magazine](https://harvardmagazine.com/2010/01/harvard-center-hosts-haiti-map-portal) \[1.19.2010\], [Boston University Today](http://www.bu.edu/today/2010/haiti-leaders-bu-team-share-long-term-goals/) \[1.25.2010\], and [Disasters Journal](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23278379) \[Apr 2013\].
