The Research Assistant will work closely with lead physician-scientists and the pediatric environmental health team to build experience and skills in working with spatial or GIS datasets, using tools such as ArcGIS, statistical software packages (e.g. STATA, R, or SAS) and various data analysis tasks for this study and others. They will be responsible for maintaining geospatial and environmental databases, preparing ongoing data reports/run charts for quarterly reports, data cleaning, keeping IRB documentation up-to-date, and consenting/providing educational resources to study participants. They will also support manuscript submissions and other scholarship opportunities with the possibility of co-authorship. Hybrid work opportunities are available with the expectation of at least three days of on-site work.
