Rafael Albuquerque is a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), specializing in data analysis and modeling in consumer behavior research. His research explores how different levels of e-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) influence consumer mobility, considering contextual and geographical variations. At the CGA, he contributes to research and the enhancement of the Geotweets database, applying sentiment analysis and spatial mapping of digital influence to understand how online engagement manifests across different regions.
