   Friday, October 25, 2019, 11:59 pm - Extended to Friday, November 1st, 2019, 12:00 pm (Late applications can join the waitlist.)
2. Notification of acceptance: 
   Friday, November 8, 2019
3. Registration fee due ($100 for Harvard affiliates and $3,150 for others) : 
   Friday, November 22, 2019 (Seat is guaranteed when registration fee is paid)
4. Deadline for meeting with instructors to finalize project/data: 
   Friday, December 13, 2019
5. Institute begins: 
   Tuesday, January 7, 2020
6. Final project presentation: 
   Friday, January 17, 2020
