 Hosted by the Harvard Center for Geographic Analysis, Mellon Urban Initiative, the Joint Center for Housing Studies, and the Department of Urban Planning and Design, please join us for the fourth and final seminar focusing on novel data and methods in urban spatial analysis. Our final talk titled "Land Use Restrictiveness and Mortgage Access: How Regulatory Environments Condition Racial and Income Disparities in Loan Approvals and Pricing" features Dr. Tyler Haupert, Assistant Professor of Urban Studies at NYU Shanghai. Professor Haupert will present his recent research on the connection between land use restrictiveness, mortgage lending, and their connections with racial and income segregation. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch. Light refreshments will be served.
