What are the license options for running ArcGIS Pro

ArcGIS Pro license is limited for use by valid Harvard ID holders only.

There are three licensing options (up to 6/30/2024):

1. Named user license (preferred option): Login with your Harvard ID and HarvardKey to Harvard's ArcGIS Online Organization (harvard-cga.maps.arcgis.com) when you run your ArcGIS Pro software.
2. License for offline use:
   1. Open ArcGIS Pro: Launch ArcGIS Pro and sign in with your Named User credentials.
   2. Access Licensing Settings: Navigate to the "Project" tab, then select "Licensing" under "Settings".
   3. Authorize for Offline Use: Check the "Authorize ArcGIS Pro to work offline" option.
   4. Restart ArcGIS Pro: Restart ArcGIS Pro to apply the changes. The application will now be authorized for offline use on the machine where you authorized the license.
