Fei came to Harvard in 2013. Since joining, she has worked with numerious projects related to geospatial data analytics,  modeling, visualization, and management in environment, development, public health, climate change, risk assessment, where she has worked extensively with vector, raster, and other relational datasets through GIS/Remote Sensing software and programming languages in Python, and R.
