Steve has worked as a programmer on emerging technologies for over 30 years.  He was co-developer of OpenGeoPortal, a portal to institutional spatial resources.  Steve is completing an MS in Computer Science from Tufts University.  His thesis is "Spatially Searching The Web's Data".  At the CGA, Steve is focusing on further the development of WorldMap, CGA’s open source collaborative mapping platform. He is also involved in other geospatial application development projects and infrastructure enhancement efforts at the CGA.
