Yuying Yuan is a Ph.D. candidate from College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Peking University, China. Her present research focuses on the commercial geography in Song Dynasty in China. She is serving as a visiting fellow at the CGA now and will participate in the project directed by Prof. Peter Bol and work closely with Lex Berman. Her research here will focus on China historical GIS, particularly on Song dynasty geography.
