Driving, walking, or public transportion travel times and distances between a pair of locations can be calculated with the Google Distance Matrix.  This requires signing up for a Google Maps API key. Harvard CGA has developed a python script to perform these calculations for a batch of paired locations (origin x/y and destination x/y). Click here to download the script.
