Esri Community Analyst packages are now available online through interactive map applications, providing user friendly access to data on demographics and businesses in the USA. Community Analyst is focused on policy issues and enabling understanding of communities from social issues perspective. It is available to Harvard Affiliates only.

Note: Any user who requests to access Esri Community Analyst Online is required to register in ArcGIS Online first.

How to Access Community Analyst Online (CAO)

• If you don't have a Harvard ArcGIS Online account, please following instructions on: http://gis.harvard.edu/tools/software/arcgis-online to create an account.
• When you already have a Harvard ArcGIS Online account, you may fill out the request form below, and make sure you enter your ArcGIS Online username in the "Message" box, and choose "Require Access to: ArcGIS Community Analyst Online" from the picklist.
• A CGA staff will add you to the CAO group and grant you a CAO license.
• You need to login to ArcGIS Online and confirm joining the CAO group.
• You can then proceed to the applications at any time via the following link: http://communityanalyst.arcgis.com/en/log-in/ with your login.
