The date for ending delivery of ArcGIS Desktop has changed. ArcGIS Desktop will now be removed from Education Program licenses on July 1, 2024. ArcGIS Desktop enters Mature Support phase on March 1, 2024, meaning Technical Support still is available but no additional software updates or patches will be available. This change affects all Esri customers. In addition, ArcGIS named user will be the only method to license ArcGIS Pro and other ArcGIS applications. See more details in the Esri updates.
