Resolved: Technical Error on ArcGIS Online Login with Harvard Key

Harvard users experienced a technical error when trying to login to ArcGIS Online with Harvard Key today (10/3/2023). We have reported the problem to HUIT and Esri Support Service, and are actively working on resolving this issue. Updates will be posted here promptly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

10/4/2023: The same problem occurs on https://my.esri.com/ login too. HUIT team has resolved the issue by 6pm.
