Building Spatial Data Infrastructure

Tweets

This work, funded by the Office of the Vice Provost for Research to strengthen Harvard's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) infrastructure, enables researchers to execute geospatial Big Data and Data Science projects, across diverse research use cases.

To make this possible, the CGA developed a suite of products and solutions that take advantage of the computing resources of the New England Research Cloud (NERC) and Harvard's FASRC to make geospatial analytics more accessible, faster, cost-effective, and impactful.

This website provides detailed descriptions of these products and solutions, specific use cases, and step-by-step usage instructions*.  For questions/suggestions, please contact Devika Jain at kakkar@fas.harvard.edu.
