Raster Information Extraction System (RINX)
RINX (Raster INformation eXtraction) is a comprehensive solution designed for the automatic extraction of information from large raster datasets. RINX 1.0 leverages PostGIS within a high-performance compute cluster environment, while RINX 2.0 utilizes open-source technologies in a cloud computing environment (NERC). The open-source software is available on RINX’s GitHub for community access and contributions.
